Thoughts on things that are 'creatine' but claim to work better than creatine? I took Cell-Tech in high school (always in 1/4 of recommended doses) and I think it helped me get bigger at one time, and although I never noticed it all at once, or even for a long time, I think over the course of the next 1-2 years of not taking it I definitely lost some of the 'bulk' I had.
