Right, and I'm saying that having a day of eating foods high in fat is way less damaging than eating sugary stuff all day; your body uses the sugar and the fat in totally different ways.

I definitely agree that you've "arrived" when your stomach turns at the thought of eating at McDonald's, and when that happens you'll find that your cheat meals turn into silly little things like eating pancakes for breakfast on a Sunday instead of having a spinach/egg/tuna omelette. Mmmm pancakes...

yes! we have an agreement ur sugary stuff should be very limited, if u really have too.

Lol I knew we could get it straightened out. Sugars are like waaaay the worst when you're trying to stay lean; cutting out carbs completely after 6pm makes a huge difference when you're dieting.
