Looking good so far. Since you have a slim build and seem to be naturally lean, I'd really pile on lots of protein and healthy fats to keep your calories up. Stuff like avocados, almonds, macadamia nuts, salmon, etc are a great way to get extra omega 3/6/9 and boost your calories. If possible, try to get an idea of what your daily macronutrient intake looks like: how many grams of carbs, protein, and fat are you getting? If you want to gain muscle, the only way to do it is for the calories you consume to exceed the calories you burn. Eat big to get big. Get yourself a good protein powder(check out the reviews I did in the supplement thread) and use it in addition to steak, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, etc.
As far as being cut, you sound like you need to build more muscle overall before you're going to look like you really lift weights. Your affinity for running will really slow down your muscle gain since distance running is extremely catabolic(makes your body consume muscle for energy). If you want to gain muscle at a more satisfying rate, I'd reduce the amount of running you're doing and spend more time eating and lifting.
Pitch the GNC multivitamin and get this one:
New Chapter Every Man multivitamin. It is whole food based rather than synthetic, so your body can use the vitamins much more effectively than what you're getting in the GNC product. These are also a ton easier on your stomach, so that's a big plus as well. Obviously they are a bit more expensive, but it's a trivial amount of money when you compare it to what we win each month playing poker.
