My next topic will be about supplements. In the NCAA the are very strict about what we can and cant use. For example creatine, NOExplode, weight loss pills, even caffeine are banned substances by the NCAA so I will only be including stuff that I have used, so if you guys have any supplements you would like to add give me a shot. This will be up tomorrow because I am in a $200 a head beer pong tourney and my buddy is ranked 21 in the US, yes they have rankings for this lol, he plays like 3-4 nights a week in tourneys. Be Good.
