Re: too much coffee kills hydration
Caffine (aka the reason people drink Coffee) is a diuretic. The means it essential increases the amount you sweat, urinate, and loss water from your system. That is why it seems to kill your hydration. It is acctually one of the best aerobic performance enhancers as long as you stay hydrated.
Edit: It also increase various nervous system elements which can increase thought process and such. So keep drinking your coffee just drink H2O as well.
