Typical healthy weight loss is anywhere between 2-5lbs/week. Clearly, if you just stop eating you're going to lose lots of weight, but the idea is to lose it in a healthy way so that the weight stays off. It's going to require you to eat right, exercise, etc.

Weight loss props kinda suck in that you're giving up ground by gaining muscle; when you eat clean and exercise you can't really avoid gaining muscle, although I don't think I've ever heard anyone complain about getting bigger.

While I'm not interested in giving action on this, I'm willing to help you with your diet and exercise plan. It can seem pretty overwhelming to someone who is new to all of this so I'll make myself available as a resource. Good luck.
