Default 400NL anon table

I assume villan is a reg because he was sitting on an empty table...

1rst hand I minraise AQo, he 3bets to $28 y make it $66 and he snap ships K9o
2nd hand he has 40bb I 3bet smallish with AK and he snap ships K9o
Fast forward 50 hands and he's 3betting 42% of hands, playing 70% of hands oop while only raising 65% OTB, playing very aggro postflop.

This hand happened just before the hand i want to discuss:

Prima, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $664
BB: $705.40

Pre-Flop:

Flop: ($0) 4 5 3 (2 Players)
BTN bets $44, BB calls $44

Turn: ($152) K (2 Players)
BTN checks, BB bets $76, BTN raises to $210, BB folds

Results: $304 Pot
BTN showed and WON $437 (+$317 NET)

Floated flop planning to ship most turns, could've checked back turn because he might always bluffs this and is never c/folding but i'm not that sure about that and against a guy 3betting 40%+ i prefer to know it if he's gonna be giving up on turns on a regular basis, plus i never expected to get c/raised.

Next 3bet pot we played (around 10 hands later) this happends:

Prima, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $660
BB: $704.40

Pre-Flop:

Flop: ($0) 9 8 2 (2 Players)
BTN bets $36, BB calls $36

Turn: ($136) 3 (2 Players)
BTN checks, BB bets $66, BTN raises to $187, BB calls $121

River: ($510) T (2 Players)
BTN bets $405 and is All-In, BB folds

Results: $510 Pot
BTN showed and WON $914 (+$691 NET)

I bet the turn because after the other hand i was expecting him to not c/r with a value hand when i was less likely to be betting turn wide and less likely to be floating the flop in the first place so i bet thinking that i could get calls from small pairs, A and K high but he c/raises again, almost instantly just like most of his actions... I ended up folding river because i though the most likely bluffs to go for a turn c/r as a default are straightdraws and all of them hit on that card.
i'm very interested in your comments on every street. btw around what % of hands would you open against villan and what would your fold to 3bet-4bet% be assuming he would still 3bet 40% as long as you don't open less than 75% and only knowing what i've said on this post about his postflop game.
