They're very different boards and since villain knows what he's doing, he would recognize that AJs has some showdown on a board like 8T587 + he will always be called by better, whereas the QQJT6 he can sometimes fold out better with his air hands by betting turn+river. He will also be value betting some of his random trash 3bets that had a J (some of the time) b/c he'd expect you to play AT/KT, 99 hands this way. I just think it's a call here.
