villain is loose passive and a little stationy.

i know this is an easy call for most of you. BUT.. my question is, are we ever good in this spot. i cannot see him bluffing here, or value shoving a worse hand.

what do you guys think?

He could def value shove worse, but it's not likely and it's very specific (like A4). I don't really like calling in this spot, especially against loose passives
