Default 50nl kinda new to HU.

Dont have many stats on the guys just started session, he was limping most buttons and folding some, playing tight-ish OOP.
Whats the 'standard' play here on the turn ?
Bet size on river now that he has checked? bet/fold or bet/call?

Don't raise so big preflop, specially if he is folding anyway and playing tight oop.

River I would bet/fold.

Yea as AG said, raising to 1.50 is nore than enough. I would bet/fold flop a lot of the time, as all his overcards have significant equity versus you and he will play straightforward postflop on that board. As played, raise more on the turn to get value from draws. Calling the 3bet is fine. On river, bet/fold $15 unless we have a read he overvalues TP type hands.

Bet call river. With his turn line he's obviously a fish, so he can be overvaluing many hands. He might (although he probably shouldn't) shove a lot of hands for value that you chop with too, such as 56, 67, 68. Considering your only read is that he has a tightish range OOP i think something like 67suited is more likely than a hand that beats us such as 6j (although he does have A6 quite a bit if he shoves). 99 and QQ probably 3bet pre, so it's unlikely he has a full house imo. I'd bet about 15 on the river fwiw. Also opening to 4xbb is too much.
