1), I would bet the flop small about 1/3 pot. There is value, merits to protecting your hand, and I doubt you get c/r bluffed here (I'd bet fold but its close, depends on how loose he is PF). It's hard to play guessing games without a read, and checking turns your hand faceup too. As played in my expericne this is a pure bluff a non trivial %, but it does suck getting it in dead when behind. I wouldn't bet turn, and certainly not so big

2) I"d just fold turn. I don't see what you beat on the river.

If Villain is a fish, this is no way to play hand 2. If you're gonna 4bet AK here and are this deep, make it a little larger pre and be prepared to follow through on flop. You're gonna whiff flop a lot, and fish are gonna call 4bets a lot, so 4betting and checking back flop aren't great imo. As played, if you check flop, then you can call turn, but def fold river.
