Game flow vs GTO

Hi Guys

Iv just started devoting my time almost fully to learning and improving my HU game on mid stakes. Iv just recently spent some time in poker stove building a range I will play back against 3bets with. The range is ~30% of all hands considering im opening 100% on the button most often. The top and bottom of this hand range is being 4bet and the middle stuff is being called.

So what I wanted to know is how you think timing your 4bets based on game flow (considering you're playing two tables at least) compares to having your timing based off the frequencies at which the selected hands are dealt.

FWIW im not using this vs every villain and this is not the only way I will combat excessive 3betting.
