Default How is range affected by betting?

Hey Guys,

I'm new to LeggoPoker and am a very basic thinker. I have been watching the videos to try and learn how to think about the game. I tried to apply this to a hand I played in my last heads up sng. It was a $5 knockout tournament in the second round. I don't know much about my opponent, except that he limps from the sb every pot and I watched the end of his last round and he 3bet all in into a 10bb pot when his opponent was about 20bb deep with a weak ace.

My questions centre around the range my opponent and I are representing on the turn, whether they are correct and if not, then at which betting stage should I be eliminating certain hands from his/my range. (This may be basic for most of you, but I am just learning.)

This hand occurred about 10 hands into the round.

Poker Stars, $5 + $0.25 NL Hold'em Tournament, 20/40 Blinds, 2 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: 3,560
Hero (BB): 2,440

Pre-Flop: (60) A 2 dealt to Hero (BB)
BTN calls 20, Hero checks

Flop: (80) 6 3 A (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets 40, Hero raises to 120, BTN raises to 360, Hero calls 240

Turn: (800) 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets 320, Hero raises to 2,040 and is All-In, BTN calls 1,720

River: (4,880) 9 (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 4,880 Pot
BTN showed 6 A and WON 4,880 (+2,460 NET)
Hero showed A 2 and LOST (-2,400 NET)

Myself:
I thought this was a good board to go all in on as I could be representing:
- made flush
- flush draw
- straight
- striaght draw with flush draw
- top pair
- trips

Opponent:
Given the low stakes and the looseness I perceived in my opponent:
- top pair
- king high, KQ, KJ, KT
- pair of sixes
- pairs sevens through kings
- straight
- flush
- air on flop and hit seven
- air on turn

The problem with what I have listed above, is that they seem like pretty much the entire spectrum of what our holdings could be in a vacuum. But there was plenty of betting going on, and I would like to know how that betting narrows down our ranges, in stages if possible?
