I think you this is the best play

After he 3bets you on the flop, you're usually not doing too well with TP-lowest kicker. In a limped pot i'd probably just ch/c 3 streets as a bluff catch unless the board runs out terrible. You are overplaying your hand by c/ring all in on the turn imo.

If you want an idea of his range, I dunno, I think you need a bit more information to just figure out his range postflop. However, to give you a rough idea, I'd imagine that his range (my assumption based on a decent player would be something like...)

Pre: any 2
Flop: after 1st bet - air/pairs/draws, after he 3bets you: pairs/nut FDs/two pairs/sets/hands that can stack off here
Turn: well he doesn't check behind so his hand is still pretty strong, even though his betsizing is small
