Default Middle pair on ugly flop

Ugly spot. I decided to defend with K7s which I won't do that often and flopped second pair good kicker on a three to flush board. He makes his standard cb, I think he does bet this flop like 95% of the time and my 7 is often good, however I feel that a raise here is not that good cause I will be get called fairly light or shoved over the top a lot and my Equity vs his range is ugly. My original plan was to call the flop and if the flush doesn't complete on turn then get aggressive.

Is it better to just fold the flop?

Pre-Flop: 7 K dealt to Hero (BB)
SB raises to $3, Hero calls $2

Flop: ($6) 7 8 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $5, Hero calls $5

Turn: ($16) 8 (2 Players)
Hero ???

Your hand just improved, and he's gonna checkback with tons of outs. Seems like a good spot to donk for value. As apathy said, 10-12 is good.
