Default NL50: AJ on QTx rb, 3b pot

Not too far into the match. Villain plays

81//50

and I got some noteworthy reads:

- he 3bet my first c/r on K86 2tone
- he raised my 2barrel on 964T w/ 2 flushdraws
- this is the 2nd time that he 3bet me over ~25 hands

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
($62.70)
Hero ($54.95)

Dealt to Hero J A

Hero raises to $1.50, raises to $5, Hero calls $3.50

FLOP ($10) 8 T Q

bets $7, Hero ?

So given our history I'm not really sure what to do. I could raise but it seems like he's willing to play back and I don't think I will get any credit whatsoever. I could go for the reverse level and make my range look more merged since he probably doesn't expect me to bluffraise again. I could obv call but since my range looks pretty weak I expect him to barrel me quite often. What about shoving some turns? On the other hand, just folding the flop seems a bit weak.

Yeah, just flat this, if you don't improve on turn and he barrels you, so be it. Sometimes fold and sometimes call again if it's a total blank - that's really read dependent on whether you think he's barreling or VBing a turn.

So does that mean we should just call down Qx+ more often on this board?
And what about hands like KJ or J9?

Yeah, I would play all 3 the same most of the time. I def wouldn't ever raise Qx on this board, so I don't think raising any other hands is very credible. Flatting the nuts is good too because of the all the times you will be floating some straight draws or flatting with Qx, you shouldn't really play 1 different from the other.

Definite flat... If he barrels you too lightly, look to make hands and let him barrel off.

Great thing about AJ is your K out coolers him a lot.

Flat and fold turn unimproved, but given reads/history it sounds like he'll make lots of mistakes here against your range, so don't go crazy w/ the bottom/no showdown value part of it
