V appears to be some of those fishier but nitty russian dudes. Some stats:
call OOP: 60%
hasn't 3bet yet, probably 40 hands in
FCbet: 3/4 but he appears very straight foward. I.e. he sometimes openlimps the SB and just folds to random stabs by me.
has led shortly before on K85 2tone

On the flop I don't like raising that much because I feel like he won't fold anything better on the flop, maybe not even on the turn and betting all streets without any info on this range doesn't seem like a good idea + he might just 3bet right there.
I could probably just bet turn. This card will often have improved his hand but it doesn't seem like he has 9x ever and he could definitely bet Jx a lot so I can try to fold out Tx and better draws or A high/overcard hands by the river.
Any merits in putting in a small value raise at the river and probably fold to a shove? I can see him betting Tx, sometimes Jx like that. He can have better draws and I'd like to get a read on his leading range but it still looks like a valueraise especially given his 1/2 pot bet.
