Default NL50: turned trips on AKQQ OOP

30 hands into the match vs an unknown 3tabling reg. So far he seems to be cbetting a lot including J98 2tone but I've also seen him del. cbet QJT T 2tone. I've been calling a decent amount OOP but had to give up on all boards because they didn't hit my range very well.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
Hero ($50.50)
($56.15)

Dealt to Hero J Q

raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1

FLOP ($3) A Q K

Hero checks, bets $2, Hero calls $2

TURN ($7) A Q K Q

Hero ?

How do you play those spots? I don't think I can extract much value at all by leading the turn (since I can't really have a bluff) or by betting the river (again I can't really have a bluff and my hand looks like a strong ace or better). This allows him to play pretty prefectly against my hand and he can put me in some weird spots if he outrivers me.
Would you ever consider floating the flop with a naked gutter to have a bluffing range in those spots or even try to get to SD with 88 if he opens 90% and cbets so much?

coz he is a reg and seems to be cbetting a lot i think the best options are:

if opponent bets turn, he more likely has strong hand, so:
c/c turn, c/c scary river and c/r or c/c blank river (blank and scary river options could be vice versa according to your dynamics)

or

if opponent checks turn, he more likely has weak hand and so:
c turn, bet blank river and c/c or c/r scary river (again it could be vice versa)
