This would be my dream. You get to play a minimally sized pot whenever you're OOP, what's the problem?? Only raise stuff OOP for value, but work on picking up some pots in limped pots. You are probably not playing well enough in limped pots.
- play more passively (c/c) with disguised draws (gutshots, 3rd pair etc) since he will prob fire turns a lot, and you can build the pot there by c/r when you hit. also you can c/r bluff some turns and don't mind getting 3-bet with small draws
- c/r bluff him on the flop with obvious draws (A-high overcards, flush draws etc) and also start c/r flops with some strong hands (depends on board texture of course)
- go for flop or turn c/r with top pair+ type hands. If he's floating, then you can build pots on the turn.
- also can bet out with obvious draws and plan to either fire multiple barrels or better, to c/r the turn and kill his random floats
- fine to c/f complete misses on coordinated boards, and also do some 'light' c/c on the flop until he starts firing turns more often
