Default 5/10 turn spot as a 3bettor

Actual hand is HU, table just broke and we have played few hands but dynamic is like 6max BTN vs blinds. Villain is competent NL1-2k reg. I have 3bet quite alot this session.

On Game, $5/$10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): $1,010
BTN: $1,060

Pre-Flop: T 6 dealt to Hero (BB)
BTN raises to $20, Hero raises to $75, BTN calls $55

Flop: ($150) 5 3 T (2 Players)
Hero bets $80, BTN calls $80

Turn: ($310) Q (2 Players)

Results: $310 Pot ($310 Rake)

turn + river plan for this card?

What if turn is A of spade or J of spade ?

I'm torn between the following two:

1. Bet turn/shove river to move him off better hands/protect equity/prevent weaker hands to roll over your face up range. Betting a pretty stretched/merged range here.

2. C/f to try and showdown. Betting a narrower, more polarized range, and c/calling Qx type range.

this is just an incredibly terrible spot. whatever you do, don't check call (unless you have a sick read, check call 2x is probably good against quite a few high stakes guys).

either bet-fold turn, check-hate yourself river, or check fold. you still have the best hand a fair bit but checking just opens you up to a terribly terrible can of worms, imo. i'd like check calling JJ with the Jh or something here, but not a hand this vulnerable.

its pointless to post hands like this w/o btn opening/defending frequency and your 3bet frequency.

Hard to say when it just turned HU few hands ago, but lets say he opens 90% BTN and I am perceived to 3bet ~15-20%. 6max he folds to 3bets ~65%

i think you have to bet/fold the turn, every other option sucks and it doesnt have to work that often in a vacuum
on the river is a jam on 2-7 and K,A, T. all other cards suck ^^

if thats true c/f, both your ranges should be super strong here.

c/f or bet/folding turn is completely out of the question. obv i have no idea about villain so i have to talk in generalities.

c/c turn and river, bet/call turn, and c/jam turn are all fairly close to me. i mean this spot sucks but doesn't mean we should be looking to fold at any point. we can sort of eliminate c/c turn as it sucks to give villain so much free equity with his 1 heart bluffs, and we let him check back SD value with hearts which also sucks (77-88 with one heart).

probably leaning towards just bet/calling the turn here. he's going to jam a fair amount of draws, and some pair+hearts. its true if we are behind we are in terrible shape, but i think its the best option. if called on the turn, we are def not shoving, probably c/f against most regs.

sh58; why do you think bet/calling turn is good, but bet turn c/c river is not? Do you assume he´s semi-bluffing AI on the turn that often? Because for all we know he calls them on the turn IP with the option of bluffing on the river if we check
