Calling out of the BB and calling 3 bets in pos.

If your 500-1000 bbs deep. How wide do you peel out of the big blind against good solid players who are 3x'ng? Also against good solid players how wide are you peeling when you open the cutoff and get 3 bet from the button? SB? and BB?

I feel like playing this deep you can peel wider but i'm not so sure if there's much merit to it. If your opponent is good he's still going to make your life tough post flop so it seems like you should just play sort of a standard game (out of the bb) for the most part.

If i open q4hh in the cutoff and the button 3 bets me. i'm folding. If the sb or BB 3 bets me. I'm calling 100% of 3 bets with q4hh when i'm in position. The reverse implied odds etc etc thought crosses my mind but I still think you should always be calling even if their 3 betting range is ridiculously tight.. Actually i would prefer it if their 3 betting range was really tight. Thoughts?
