Big spew IMO. Due to card removal effects, as long as Qx makes up more than about 22-23% of his value betting range, then u can't bluff profitably with this sizing since he has a huge informational edge when he holds a queen. In this spot you need to choose a sizing that forces him to call with hands weaker than Qx to make you indifferent to check raise bluffing vs check raise folding. You can't do that by betting this big unless he rarely has qx

I don't think you should ever be boated on this river if you play flop/turn correctly
