A few things to consider:
Against tight players OOP, I wouldn't expect to see a bigger nine as often as against Boosted. If the range is {PPs <88, 9x} primarily, the 9x range is going to be smaller against people that will not flat T9-K9, especially off suit, OOP. With Boosted, he's shown down a J9o flat OOP, so I know he's not scared of that.
I had bluff raised the river against him, but it was successful, and it was a perfect spot, so he probably thought I had the nuts in that hand (and he folded, obviously).
I don't think he ever CCs the turn with a naked flush draw.
