LIVE DEEP 10 20 NL BELLAGIO
First time posting on here so sorry if its not in a "standard" way
So basically I decide to go out to Bellagio and play some live poker. Right away I realize the games are LOL soft. Like Omg, people doing crazy stuff. The game has a couple of horrible regs, and a few crazy business men type figures. Probably around 150k on the table. Anyways villain was just uber fishy. He was raising to 100 just about every hand. In result, no one was 3betting him, most people just calling and trying to flop big and win 20k off of him. I had 3bet him a couple times and he complained that "all I did was raise, and he was going to get me". Villain raises UTG+1 to 100, gets called from the guy directly to his left, HJ and CO. Hero on the button with K9o. I elect to squeeze to iso him HU. There's 430 in the pot I raise to 600 total. Folds to him, he calls, all others fold. Pot is now 1530, He has around 20k and I have him covered.
FLOP: 9d9h5h
Villain Checks, Hero bets 860, Villain calls POT=3250
TURN: 4c
Villain Checks, Hero bets 2300, Villain calls POT=7850
RIVER:3c
Villain Bet 16480 and is ALL IN, HERO????
So he shoves for a little over 2x the pot on the river, And I'm puking. I had seen him take the c/c, c/c, check line and get frustrated when opponent didn't bet earlier because he slow played a set. I think that he would play some of his missed hearts this way, but I just don't see him attempting a bluff like this. I also know that to him Any 9 here is the absolute stone cold nuts. Also, the little dynamic he had with me, how he said "he was going to get me " was a little interesting. I don't think he is capable of leveling me like that. Such a sick spot, I have to be right a high % of the time to be profitable, but can I really fold to some uber fish? Any thoughts or comments would help

Only have to be right about 40% of the time to be correct. What did he do the other times you 3bet him? Call every time or fold some? Did he c/f the those hands?
After the discussion, post results. Did he show A2hh or 67hh?

I think given the description of vilain, this is call, this seems to me a basic fckitimgonnauotplaythisaggrotard3bettorfool kinda spot, the random ill show him who's boss factor.
I think there are more random slowplayed overpairs in his range and worse 9x type of hands then boats or straights.

Re: LIVE DEEP 10 20 NL BELLAGIO
seems to me like a pretty good spot to call cause I think he'd jam worse 9x for value like you said and considering that alone, I think we have enough equity even if he's never really bluffing

^^^^
Your right it's actually exactly 40%, for some reason I thought it was higher. I completely forgot to calculate my 16.5k i'd be calling. And prior, I had 3bet him 3 times, he called oop all 3 times, twice c/f, one c/c flop, c/f turn.

I prefer 1k+ on the flop and 3kish ott. Calling now with my hand in the air.

^^Since he was such a big fish I know that I don't need to worry about balancing or sizing as the fish is mainly playing his hand. So therefore, I'm basing my sizing on what I want him to do, call or fold. Earlier in a different hand, some one bet 1k and this guy asked him "your betting 1 thousand against me". It seemed like to me the 1k+ mark is when he really tightened up, It kind of made him realize like oh shit I'm putting in 4 figures and I have no clue what I'm doing lol. But anyways that's why I chose a little under 1k.
