Default NL1000 HU vs river overbet

Villan is a good 5/10-10/20 reg who has a rep for being crazier/more aggro than usual.
He's minraising 100%, cbetting 83% which was depolarized at first but he seems to be polarizing it more now and checking back 2nd and 3rd pairs sometimes. 2nd barreling 44% (probably value heavy because he folded every time the turn went x/x and i bet the river) don't have any real reads on his river game and this was his 1st overbet.

random reads that might help:
-After i folded to his first two 4bets, he 4bet/called KQs even though my 3bet was 16%-17% at that time
-He's only folding to 39% of 3bets... and he's not folding flop or turn even though he has such a weak range, basically trying to outplay me everywhere
-He's not using a HUD because he's playing on his laptop

I think folding is good given the odds ur getting and the fact that u don't have any read on his river game. There are many better hands we can call with

he's got a good idea of what you have, do you think he'd try to get you to fold it?

I guess that's what it comes down to in this hand...i'd say he's the kind of player who is capable of doing it but i'm not sure he'd do it in that precise moment. He did try to play me at 10/20 earlier and i didn't want to so he might think i'm a bit scared money on this levels which would make him more likely to put more pressure than usual on the river...
This might sound silly but if he had bet something like 420$-$480 i'd be folding because in my experience that's a much more common betsize to make to try to get TP to call but $546 seems like a little too big for most people to find a call with A4 or stuff like that on the river so that is what made me want to call the most (that plus the read that he's aggro/creative).

if you always chraise 22/55/A2/A5/43s on the flop (or at least he thinks so), and we dont ever call w Ax, i guess we dont have much of a calling range on the river vs this overbet (although our range is a bit protected w 75/A7)
how thin can he go for value?

Is a 1/2 pot cbet standard for villain? I would think with a flopped nutted hand he would bet larger.
