Must say that I am not a fan of letting his betsize make you peel light IP. I would rather look at his barreling tendencies and our equity the rest of the hand. I don't like 44 on this flop unless villain is weakish and gives up many turns. If he does barrel a decent frequency and we have a clean image I'd rather raise flop then peel one.

Why is it hard for him to have a great hand? The flop is dry as can be it makes sense to me that he doesn't make it 60$ here. Best scenario for him if he has AT or sets is that you make a peel with Ax and other stuff if the turn brings an A he's gonna get three streets.

I don't think you can rep overpairs this being BTN vs CO rest of the hand I agree.
