Default top pair facing 3 streets in 3bet pot

villain is a really aggressive regular. he is 3betting a huge amount oop: 14% vs MP, 22% vs CO and 21% vs BN over a 4k+ sample so I think preflop is close but ok. flop is standard i guess but the turn is where it gets tricky, do I have to call the river when i call the turn? if i plan on folding the river is it better to fold on the turn allready?

+1

the decision is mostly weighted on his barreling frequencies. Against the average player if you call river you're basically bluff catching imo
