1010, 3bet pt: fold turn or call + fold river?

the villian is a decent winning reg, he plays 23/19/3 and 3bets 7% of the time from the bb. He can double and triple barrel, but infrequently and doesnt get out of line too much.

On the turn i dont beat any of his value range and can only beat bluffs, as my hand also looks pretty strong should i just be folding the turn since i plan to fold 99% of rivers if he bets again? I think this is a spot i tend to leak a fair bit of money.

What do you know about his barreling frequencies? Is he the player that can double barrel with air on such a dry board? did you show down any low pockets in 3bet pots that he might want to barrel you off?

Does he valuebet QQ on this K?
Does he adapt his bb 3bet range to your openingposition?

Unfortunatley i dont know how likely he is to 3barrel in this type of spot, Im also totally unsure of how likely he is to 3bet light preflop from this spot. I cant remember catching him bluffing in this type of spot before.

If you are unsure about his frequencies you can make the hero fold on the turn and not feel that bad because of the stacksizes and use JJ as your cutoff hand to be a wuss. If you seen him giving up on bluffs, like ck/raises bet turn ck river or double barrel then ck river, you can call turn fold river like you did.

So its kind of hard to say what is best in that spot, and probably depends a lot on other factors like flow/history.
Either way you should be making some notes after that hand for future references.
