Default 2/4nl: Is this villain bluff-raising me on turn???

All info: Villain is a reg. No reads on him. One of the first few hands of match. I think I suck at HU.

1) Is this villain bluff-raising me on turn??
2) What are my mistakes in the above hand??

I would just flat pre, especially to a minraise. If I did 3bet I would make it a bit bigger. On the flop villain is really not repping anything so I don't hate shoving over. We have an over and BDFD and BDSD. Really dependent on villain though. Some guys will raise 9x/88 here to induce while others will always just call with those hands. Another factor would be if this guy ever flats big pairs pre to 3bets.
