Default 2nd nut FD BvB oop vs rr on the flop

Villain plays a loose agressive style with a fair share of re-raises vs cbets over a sample of 425 hands. I think we can assume he's re-raising lighter here in general since it's a BvB and he has position.

LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $594
BB: $654
UTG: $541.15
BTN: $661

Pre-Flop: K 9 dealt to Hero (SB)
2 folds, Hero raises to $21, BB calls $15

Flop: ($42) 5 2 Q (2 Players)
Hero bets $32, BB raises to $85

I'm not sure what to make of his smallish rr. Betsizing is something I'm trying to pay more attention to and generally I feel that a smaller than normal rr more often than not is a sign of strength- any thoughts on that?

Anyhow, with the nut FD I would be happy 3betting and getting it in. In general I usually 3bet or fold in spots like this for 100 bb's - especially with draws, since they are so hard to play oop.
Is it possible to call oop with draws to rr for 100bb's?

How do we proced?
and what if our hand was JTss?

[?
I'm in the small 3bet camp if he has a decently high air % for raising this flop.

I did indeed make a small 3bet since villian was quite prone to be rr cbets over the sample I had him on as well as it being a BvB which should widen his rr range imo.

1) How do we play JTss in this spot?

2) And for the sake of argument lets say villain is a regular who has a more normal rr percentage - how do we proced then?

yeah, he might be bluff raising with a stronger immediate showdown hand than you, plus his range for stacking off here has more worse flush draws in it.
