400nl 3bet facing river card with bluff

I did shove the river but wasn't sure it was good on this particular card after i saw his hand maybe this line isn't good against most players on midstakes but they do fold a lot on higher stakes when I used to play there..

also he tanked because i think he didn't expect me to x/r turn (most people end up folding) and when i spoiler his hand you know why he tanked
