I don't think we have to worry as much as a LP open about him putting us on a FD and calling light. My first instinct was that the river is actually a bad card for you.
12 combos AQ (maybe)
2 combos KQss
3 combos JJ
3 combos TT
6 combos 99
6-9 combos of 22-77

QJs/QTs are likely PF calls but not many combos. But he's 20/16 so meh who knows. Chance he folds 99/TT on the turn. Really depends on how often he plays non Qx flush draws like this. But seems like QT+ is huge part of his range.
Anyways, people at 2/4 don't bluff when FDs miss often enough, and J is pretty good card for us, esp if he has slowplayed AA/KK (seems way less likely than AQ but possible). Thus I like a bluff, probably $145
