Default 400nl: two hands with AA

Ive never posted a hand on here, and i cant find the hand history converter if there is one, but here are 2 hands that i thought were pretty interesting. Both with AA at 400nl.

We have no history with the villan in this hand but I think they're a reg. We have $280 effective on the turn when he bets 120.

This is on another table, but also within the first 2 orbits, so again no history on the villan in the hand, but im fairly certain that hes a reg. Im wondering if my hand is good enough to valuebet on the river. Does he have a c/c range here? am i ahead of it or would i just valuecut myself? I cant think of any bluffs that i could get to the river with when i call the flop, and that turn comes and i check back. But it feels weird/ super nutty to just check back AA here.

Thanks.

hand 1 i think turn is pretty easy fold, you can't really improve or have good river calling frequency. hand 2 think its pretty easy bet/call

Does he have a check/call range in hand 2 though? I could see him play AJ that way a good % of the time and KK QQ that way a small % of the time. But other than that very slim range, he is going to shove or fold right? You don't think it's too optimistic to basically bet river to induce that to happen with AA on that board?

call down on hand 1 people don't defend PP's oop to 3 bets that often so I'd expect you're quite far ahead of most regulars ranges.

Hand 2 as played is a bet/call I don't think he checks too many value hands on the turn at the same time you've capped his range so there's a good chance he'll try to rep a big hand on river to make you fold a better hand rather than bluff catching with his small sd value.

i would probably call down hand 1, but it's one of those spots where it's so easy vs some ppl and so bad vs others.

in hand two i dont' think anyone ever checks better than AA on the turn, so i'd bet the turn.

actually misread hand 1, didn't realize it was a 3bet pot. Yeah id prob call/call although its close.

Yeah hand 2, thin value, and to induce since our range looks pretty capped. Its also super unlikely we are beat here.

I fold 1 and would consider getting more aggressive on the flop.

hand2 i only would check if I had a really good read or gut feeling. and when it goes to sd and I win i laugh about how nitty I am in chat. when he scoops I laugh at how bad he is. I dont think a check is as bad as people might make it out to be and to those bet/calling the river I dont think you will like the result more often then not. I agree though with jones, I might just bet turn as played.
