Default 400NL Weird River Spot w/ TT

Villain is a 52/35, general all around spaz. Doesn't hardly ever fold to 3bets. River obv one of the worst cards in the deck. Can I just ch/call here? I doubt he shoves for value if he just has something like A7 that he decided to peel 2 off with. $240 effective on the river

You really think he calls the river with enough hands we beat?

i like bet/calling $100 so he can call with worse and might induce a spaz from 67...also like a bigger turn bet with 1010...$145-150ish

I expect check from him more often. Don't like ch/cll.. I think best option here its bet 1/3-1/4 and fold on shove

Check, you save money VS an ace sometimes, maximise VS bluffs, and only minimise VS some 9x that somehow calls river. Just a pure vacuum spot.

I dont like shoving the river vs fish. I prefer betting smallish to make him call with a larger part of his range. If he shoves I close my eyes in disgust and press call.

Also why arent you 3 betting larger pre vs a player that hardly ever folds to 3 bets? Also think you should bet bigger on both flop and turn. No need to bet half pot here vs a fish on this kind of board were a lot of turns and rivers will be bad for the action.
