Default Formulating a BB vs UTG range

I'm wondering if some experienced players could explain what they perceive a "standard" BB v UTG range as looking like. Assume both players are of similar skill level, no special dynamics are held between the players, UTG is raising something like a 15-18% range (Is this standard for UTG?)

What range are you 3betting for value? What types of hands are you 3bet bluffing?

I'm particularly wondering how people are playing JJ,QQ, AK type hands here, as well as if they are defending AJo, 22, KQs, T9s, etc. How do you go about widening or narrowing your range exploitatively here against different player types?

If these questions are far too basic feel free to move this thread to Small Stakes.

Thanks for any replies!

You should post it in ''poker theory'' imo.

Playing against UTG comes down to a lot more than his opening range.
call/flat 3bet and fold to 3bet being the stats I base my range on.

fwiw I consider 15% utg raise nitty cq honest (they'll continue relatively many hands when 3bet) while 20%+ is exploitable loose imo.
