Default More of a theory post. Please help

Hi, I hope you can help. I know this thread is in the wrong forum but i'm hoping some higher stake players can help me.

How do you adjust you ranges given what you know about villain.
EG villaing is a reg opens 15% UTG. I have a solid grasp of his UTG range.
How do I assign which hands are a value raise and which hands are best off calling?
What hands should be in my bluffing range?
Any tips on work I can do away from the tables to work out other ranges given what I know about villains position, ranges and tendencies.

Also what hands work best OOP and what hands work best IP?

Thanks
Craig

First thing that comes to mind is u need to consider how he plays against a raise preflop. He might fold 70% and 4bet 30% for example which means you'd need a very polarized range and there's no point in 3betting something like AQs unless you are willing to get all the chips in. Whereas if he folds 30% and is calling like 60%, 4betting 10% for example then 3betting AQ becomes a better option than flatting
