Default nl200 - meh spot with combodraw

me and the villain in the hand are ~180bb deep (370$ or so), the fish has like 48$ to start the hand. I'm playing these games after a pretty long break, so we don't really know each other. His stats are 18\13 over 400 hands, but he's pretty spewy and cally postflop - he opened A3cc UTG once, I called with AQ in HJ and another big fish called in SB, flop came K63hh, fish checked, he checked, i bet 2\3 pot and they both called, i shut down on the turn, the hand went to showdown and the villain rivered trips. Onto the hand.

Big fish opens 3x, shortstack fish calls, villain calls on the button, i call T9hh in SB, 9\7 bb folds.

Flop: K 4 2 (pot is around 26$)

c/c sucks, c/r sucks, so i donk out 18$, big fish folds, shortstacker calls, villain calls.

Turn: Q (pot is ~80$, me and the reg have 340$ left or so, the fish has 1\2 pot left at best)

What do we do now? betting and c/r seem reasonable and have their own merits, can't decide which one is better, though

there is a non-zero chance that the fish will bet or shove if i check, and since the villain is somewhat cally, we'll be able to define his hand depending on what he does, because i'm liberally taking stabs on various flops in multiway/limped pots and could be shutting down now. plus it always looks stronger when you c/r a bet from some fish, although i doubt someone who c/c 3rd pair thinks about this stuff, but just in case.

the thing is, if he has a K, i don't expect him to fold it vs 3 barrels, so i'll probably have to bet turn, check river, because i won't be able to shove, which is, as we all know, the only move that can make smb fold a top pair!
