Default QQ oop 4-bet pot

I've just sat down at this table and it's my fifth hand at the table. I don't know anything about the villian aside from I saw him raise A9o utg and check call a T97 rainbow flop. I did get a couple of stats come up on him and they made him look quite loose and he had 3-bet before, but it was a small sample so I didn't really want to give much weight to them.

What would your plan be from the flop here? I have $298 into a $210 pot left.

$2/$4 No Limit Holdem
6 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($770.35)
Hero (UTG+1) ($400.00)
CO ($600.50)
BTN ($815.50)
SB ($400.00)
BB ($542.30)

Pre-flop: ($6, 6 players) Hero is UTG+1 Q Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $14, CO raises to $40, 3 folds, Hero raises to $102, CO calls $62

Flop: J A K ($210, 2 players)
Hero ????

well, it's never a shove because of equity considerations and how much FE you need (43% if you just shove it in - you're never getting that), i can't think of many hands in his range that would warrant an unorthodox line on the flop, so gotta be c/f, much as i hate doing anything but getting the money in when smb calls a 4bet
