shove my gutshot/pick another spot?

I dont have a lot of info on the villian as i havent seen him before today. So far over 500 hands hes running at 25/21/3 and has c/r flops in general around 25% of the time. So far im impressed with how he plays. The only other slightly relevant piece of information i can offer is I saw him smooth call a pfr with qq then c/r a low flop, so he doesnt always 3 or 4bet monsters.

When he c/r's this flop it doesnt look like hes repping much, and because of that i was very tempted to shove. Should i have or was i right to wait until i have more information on him in 3bet pots?

I shove the 3c flop often here, and fold the 3s

I would usually not 3bet this pre in position but whatever.

I think shoving flop is really bad. First of all he should give your 3bet more respect because you 3bet a UTG raise, so he's less likely to bluff. Also, his 3b callingrange OOP should have a high nuts:air ratio on this board. (QQ+,KQ+,99, vs not that many air hands he can call oop with pre) and he might have something like JTs that's not gonna fold to a shove, although he would prob flat flop with that.
