Default slowplayed AA, weird river sizing on board pair

Full Tilt Poker $2/$4 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

SB: $574.35
BB: $405.00
UTG: $534.35
MP: $360.15
Hero (CO): $460.20
BTN: $808.00

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero is CO with A A
UTG raises to $14, 1 fold, Hero calls $14, BTN calls $14, 2 folds

Flop: ($48.00) 3 Q T (3 players)
UTG bets $28, Hero calls $28, BTN folds

Turn: ($104.00) 7 (2 players)
UTG bets $56, Hero calls $56

River: ($216.00) Q (2 players)
UTG bets $86

utg is 22/16 reg who isn't overly aggressive pre and doesn't play back much to my 3bets. The SB is also a pretty big fish so i felt that flatting was much better than 3betting. The btn is a tigher reg (18/15ish) but is a mildly aggressive 3better/squeezer. My read utg post flop is that he likes firing 1 barrel and giving up.

I think this is a standard call because there aren't enough missed draws you can rep to raise and be ahead of his calling range and you are getting too good of a price to fold, even though villain might check JJ and Tx hands a decent amount on the turn.

This is never a Q or better based on his bet sizing (unless he is trying to level you into inducing). Sounds gay, but minraise and fold to a reraise. All value hands he has is calling and he is never bluffing or shoving worse.
