Default Thin value bet?

Hi guys! First time Ive played against this guy, these were the first few hands. I think a bet on the river is better because he doenst have many Jacks or tens and I could be bluffing with a conterfeit hand?

Doesn't look that thin since we are rarely beat here. I'd bet smallish to make it look like we are trying to get him off AQ or something for cheap.
