Default valueraising too thin?

Villain is a good regular capable of moves and frequently attacking weakness. He is opening the button 50% of the time, cbetting 77% overall.

Stacks:
UTG ($131.80)
CO ($394)
BTN ($394)
SB ($76)
c0gnAc (BB) ($400)

Pre-Flop: ($6, 5 players) c0gnAc is BB 10 Q
2 folds, BTN raises to $8, 1 fold, c0gnAc calls $4

Flop: Q 2 3 ($18, 2 players)
c0gnAc checks, BTN bets $13.50, c0gnAc raises to $35, BTN calls $21.50

Turn: 7 ($88, 2 players)
c0gnAc checks, BTN bets $56, c0gnAc calls $56

River: 2 ($200, 2 players)
c0gnAc checks, BTN bets $295, c0gnAc calls $295

My reasoning for raising the flop is, that I'm very far ahead of his cbetting range, also I'm very frequently getting called by worse, it's quite likely that I induce a bluff3bet on a board that dry and I want to be checkraising on that board as a bluff quite often since his range is so weak.
On the turn I feel like my hand is not really strong enough to vbet but it plays very well as a bluffcatcher, so I check call. On the river he tanked for quite a bit and then shipped all the money in. I feel like my hand is pretty face up on the river and he is likely to vbet most better hands (maybe not QJ) like this. On the other hand I think he has ALOT of random highcard hands he turned into a bluff on the turn. If i fold this hand I'm folding a very big part of my range on the river, yes I will play a set like that sometimes, but sets are hard to get
thoughts?

cr flop is fine if you're flatting a wide range and he's opening a wide range. I'd usually prefer a bit stronger Qx but its fine and usually cr a bit smaller. I've seen a lot of players who will float flop cr with air or call down with 44- JJ type of stuff. Just have an idea of what you want to do on turns/rivers or if you get 3bet on the flop.

I think the turn is always kind of interesting in these spots though, havent really figured out if I like the half pot on turn or the immediate bluff catch

And river as played is metagame dependent. If you think he believes ur going to fold then call and vice versa. I know its a pretty logic based answer but thats kind of how it is, his range is super polarized but your hand is face up

Some things to think about are A) your hand is face up as Qx or having SD value B) It's apparent you c/r the flop to induce a float with the line you took unless you turned 7x. So it is more likely he's overbetting because he thinks you will only fold Qx to an overbet, or that he thinks you'll never fold Qx no matter what he bets in this spot so he's going for max value. I think I like folding the river because given it's a Q high board a lot of his floats can rep Qx on the river, so some of his bluffs will check the turn making his turn vbetting range slightly stronger. I do think he plays his value range like this a lot because he can rep some busted draws by shoving river, his range is wide pre and can potentially float wide. So I'd be surprised if calling is correct here against most regulars.

Also I like the c/r on the flop, that's a move I do a lot because they don't expect it therefore they adjust incorrectly a lot.
