Default Variance in non-showdown pots

I'm not entirely sure this is appropriate for this forum. TBH I'm not sure it isn't a shit post either, if so I apologize.

Basically I'm just wondering how much variance people experience over mediumish samples with their results in non-showdown pots.

Over my last 120k hands, the first 60k or so (about 60/40 400NL and 1000NL) I was roughly breakeven in non-SD pots. The following 60k hands, I've been getting smoked to the tune of 3 BB/100, 100% of these hands at 400NL (ty taxes.) My SD results have been relatively consistent over this period.

I'm wondering if this is standard or if it indicates a deterioration in my play, that regulars are adjusting to me, etc. I realize this is going to vary greatly based on playing style, game selection and other factors so this should all be taken with a major grain of salt, but I know I'm not the only guy driving himself nuts over the stupid red line so maybe it'll be helpful for somebody.
