derf CAM STUDIO presentaion - Free screen recorder

I used the CamStudio Lossless Codec with 70% quality and recorded me donking around for 30 minutes. The file is close to 2GB lol. What do i do now to make the filesize smaller? Any help is appreciated.

What is the resolution of the video and how many frames per second were you recording?

Use microsoft Mpeg-4 Video Codec V2 - that should make the size more reasonable- dont use lostless. BTW my resolution is full HD and i get 400MB per 45mins or so with audio.

I don't understand all the stuff with the different codecs and I certainly didn't mess around with the framerate or anything. I ran Virtual Dub and compressed the 2GB file with the MPEG4 codec while slightly downsizing the resolution. Now the file is 337MB lol. Cool programs if you know how to use them.
