Produce the video as .wmv and make sure it is under 1 hour in length. If the video is still over 1 gig use a smaller resolution.

camtasia doesnt record my HUD, its shows the pop up when i click the HUD but not the standard HUD, what is causing this?

7, i downloaded it today. i tried camstudio (free) and it works without any problems, so thanks but its okay.

Nice, in Camtasia 7 try disabling display acceleration and/or enable capture layered windows in the options tab.
