25nl: omg i'm posting a hand?

Hey, been a while since i've posted one of my own hands.

This is a spot that i run into on occasion and am unsure of the correct play. Villain is 20/9, limps some but plays kinda regish overall. Except he has not folded to a single 3bet out of 7 oppurtunities. Postflop i don't have any solid reads.

So I 3bet, cbet a dry board, what's my play on the turn? ch/f? I was thinking he would chbk anything but an Ace and some random floats. I'm guessing he does have some floats though b/c he nvr folds to 3bets. But by betting i don't get anymore value, but it also makes it easier to play and much less guessing.

Obviously ended up not believing on the turn and hoping he would give up his bluffs, i probably shoulda just folded but would like to hear some opinions. thx.

fold turn obv. He's a 20/9 loose passive. Sure sometimes they bluff but a high % of the time they happen to have what they are repping.

I think he folds precious few Ax hands preflop and is seldom valuebetting worse on the turn.

If he never folds to 3bets make you 3bet much bigger out of position until you work out the point at which he will fold.

If he has called 7/7 so far I would make it $3.4 pre flop.

As played I would c/f the turn.

i'm jumping on the bandwagon and c/fing turn.

Even though you say he has some random floats in his range, which is true,I think his Ax hands outweigh his air heavily, and if he does float this flop and take it away on the turn w/QJ or w/e, I'd just say nh and move onto the next one, basically just because being oop sucks.

Thx guys, after reviewing i figured it was a standard ch/f, but then it got me thinking of other ways, cause it just seems this situation always comes up when you have a big pair, and the A ball pops up. Just seems like a gay spot overall.

yeah it's real horrible when you get KK or QQ and have to fold the turn as you know they hit the one over card on the flop, esp w/ KK.
