I do not think anyone goes for a standard receipe
. It always depends on your opponents, game flow, etc.. Even so I can give you a few examples of what I am doing in certain situations:
- when playing full buy-in (not deep) against a nitty opponent I elect to 4bet AK, especially if I'm in position.
- I will most of the times call a 5bet shove with AK if played against a fish, of course considering his range
- In a multi-way pot, if I am the original raiser and I face a 3bet and one or two other 4bet shoves, I will most of the times fold AK.
