Default 50nl, set, 200bbs deep

$0.25/$0.50 No Limit Holdem
6 Players

Villain thinks I am pretty loose and stack off lightly. I was not overjoyed to see the turn card, but I think villain pays me with 2pair hands like JT and KJ. What is your play if raised on the turn? Donk flop is ok? Do you just try and get it in on the flop by 3betting bigger, especially given reads? I wasn't thinking too clearly about stack sizes this deep, and the turn felt a bit awkward, but mostly because I don't play deep a lot, imo.

Stacks:
UTG ($16.20)
UTG+1 ($28.10)
CO ($102)
BTN ($165)
Hero ($105)
BB ($53.25)

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) Hero is SB 4 4
UTG raises to $1 ($15.20), 1 fold, CO calls $1 ($101.00), 1 fold, Hero calls $0.75 ($104.00), 1 fold

Flop: 10 4 J ($3.50, 3 players)
Hero bets $2.50 ($101.50), UTG folds ($15.20), CO raises to $7.50 ($93.50), Hero raises to $21.50 ($80.00), CO calls $14 ($79.50)

Turn: K ($46.50, 2 players)
Hero ($82.5)?

Donking is ok on this texture if you think no one will put in a bet behind you, but I'd make it bigger, at least 3ish or even pot.
3betting the CO is fine too, your sizing looks good considering the stack to pot ratio on the turn. could maybe be more 23ish, but w/e.

when the CO flats your 3bet I would discount TT or JJ from his range and put him on JhXh, JT, KQ, Q9 and possibly AJ/KJ. I think this turn card is very good for you as it improves villains range but not as much that you have to be worried to be behind a lot. He should very rarely have Q9 here. I'd bet an amount that gives him the wrong implied odds to call with his pair+FD. A slightly larger pot and smaller stack would've been better, but I think with leading 32-35ish here you get good value and don't feel too awkward getting it in on any river. If he shoves I'd fistpump snapcall. You have good equity against his few str8s and against all his strong draws and he almost never has a higher set.
