first i really don't like your 3 bet preflop, flat i think is the best solution with medium pair oop against such loose players, raising here you are building a poi oop and you know he is probably going to call and firing bullet like a crazy, making your hand difficult to play in any case. Second.. on the river.. i think you are rarelly good if never, there are a ton of things that beat you, pratically you are good against draw 66-77 and he can have a flush draw straight draw ecc. in this spot i really use my feeling and the flow of the game to make hero call, but i think this is a fold. i' don't like your turn bet too, i think check-calling is better against this aggro player, but here maybe i'm wrong.
keep pot small with this hands oop with people that are calling too much your 3 bet!

don't 3bet preflop.

What are you trying to represent on the turn?? Also your turn bet screams "Raise me please", no one ever takes this line with a strong hand. You can't call with a good read in this spot.

If you decide to continue ck/call turn. I probably just give up earlier.

No 3 bet pre.

I would call the river and would think about 3 betting the flop.

3-betting pre is okay sometimes with these stacks. But understand why you are doing it. It is to build up a nice pot for when you hit, or win it on 'good' flop for us. We are not 3-betting it so we can play a big pot with an unimproved 88 against a wild player. Wild player force us to put a lot of chips in to win the pot or get him to fold, and I'd rather not have 88 unimproved in that situation. So given that I hate your line. Just call the flop and reevaluate or just fold. Even if he's bluffing he'll have a lot of equity, so its not a terrible spot to just lay down on the flop. I'd also pot the flop because I don't want to attract any extra action in this hand, and I think a psb will make him play more straightforward
