You need to decide when he raises what your plan is.

Make these decisions, on how he is playing. Has he been more aggro on wet boards then dry boards. How many hands is he playing preflop. How aggressive has been from the button. If you can't really answer any of these in sixty hands. The he is obviously playing very straight forward.

I personally against an unknown would flat here, Check turn and look for timing tells and see what odds he gives me. If he bet smallish on the turn and shoves river = nuts. If he bets closer to 2/3 could go either way.

I am not happy getting it in verse an unkown at 25nl. Not enough players play there draws fast enough. To make this spot profitable.
